The IceMaster AL blasting unit is to be used manually or automatically exclusively for cooling, cleaning and removing dirt and coatings from technical parts.
The IceMaster AL blasting unit is a cleaning unit that works with carbon dioxide (CO2). The unit is usually supplied by a carbon dioxide bottle with a riser pipe or tanks with liquid carbon dioxide. The supply line to the blasting gun is via a pressure hose for the liquid carbon dioxide. In the blasting pistol, solid carbon dioxide particles are created from the liquid carbon dioxide by a special process. The solid carbon dioxide particles are ejected from the nozzle of the blasting pistol at high speed. The jet emerging from the nozzle of the blasting gun is used for cooling, cleaning and removing coatings in the technical field. The carbon dioxide flow is mechanically interrupted.
