TubeMaster
Precise internal cleaning for pipes and tube bundle heat exchangers.
Waterless cleaning using compressed air with the addition of blasting media. Special high-speed nozzles sliding through the pipe accelerate the jet to supersonic speeds. This effectively cleans the pipes from soft to extremely hard dirt. The wide range of possible uses also includes small pipe diameters.

The manual version of Tubemaster cleans large tube bundle heat exchangers gently, environmentally friendly, safely and in a short time. The automation of the Tubemaster for cleaning entire tube bundles also offers other significant advantages:

No water, no chemicals
The process completely eliminates the use of water or other liquids. After cleaning with Tubemaster, the tube is immediately ready for use again. Drying is not necessary and there are no disposal costs for wastewater. Tubemaster is therefore very economical and offers a high level of environmental compatibility. Since a large selection of blasting media is available, they can be precisely tailored to the contamination of the pipes in order to prevent them from being damaged.
Security
The use of Tubemaster As offers a high level of work safety. Tubemaster works in a controlled manner with low pressure of e.g. 6 bar compared to the pressures of high-pressure water cleaning of up to 2800 bar
