Powerful surface blasting - exceptionally gentle on the surfaces
Powermaster redefines industrial paint stripping and surface cleaning by combining extremely high speeds with very low amounts of water and granules.
Supersonic precision beams
Powermaster cleans and strips in an extremely powerful yet low-waste process. High-speed nozzles in combination with compressed air and water-soluble blasting agents produce a jet jet in the supersonic range. Shortly before exiting the nozzle, these water-soluble and separator-friendly granules are moistened with extremely small amounts of water (approx. 1 liter per minute). This increases the kinetic energy upon impact and binds the blast dust up to 80%.
Since the granules are naturally soft and are precisely selected by Kipp Umwelttechnik for the respective application, metal surfaces of all kinds usually remain undamaged. Even sensitive light metal surfaces can be quickly and economically removed from paints, resins, grease or bituminous layers.

Adjustable speed:Depending on the severity of the deposit, the jet speed can be scaled continuously from the subsonic to the supersonic range.

Abrasive-free operation:For light contamination (vehicles, rims, glass or facades), the system works completely without blasting media and relies solely on the moist, high-speed air jet.
Cost reduction & environmental protection
Powermaster is a low-waste, sustainable process. The extremely small amount of water results in virtually no liquid wastewater. The soft granules can either be disposed of or, if local infrastructure allows, simply flushed into the regular sewage system where they will safely dissolve. This process not only protects your equipment, but also significantly reduces disposal costs compared to traditional chemicals or high-pressure water processes.
