Air preheater cleaning
Large quantities of particle-laden air flow through air preheaters. Over time, residue builds up on the outside surfaces of the pipe, reducing airflow and heat transfer. The JetMaster combination system also removes nasty hard deposits without roughening the outside pipe surfaces
Cleaning sensitive graphite tubes
Graphite shell and tube heat exchangers are often used in corrosive environments such as waste incineration plants. However, the graphite itself is brittle. Cleaning must be carried out at low pressure to avoid damage to the graphite tubes. The TubeMaster uses compressed air and special blasting media to remove hard dirt from the pipes without causing any damage.
