Dry ice & dry snow cleaning
IceMaster is an effective blasting system for manual and automated dry ice and dry snow cleaning of all types of surfaces, which works exclusively with compressed air and liquid CO2. The dry ice or dry snow particles are generated directly at the blasting gun during the blasting process. This offers residue-free cleaning down to the dissolved dirt particles, without the creation of secondary waste.
Environmental sustainability - intelligent CO2 use
Traditional blasting methods leave behind quantities of secondary waste – sand, glass beads or water – that must be disposed of along with the removed contaminants. This not only increases disposal costs, but also massively limits the automation options on production lines.
The use of IceMaster systems is extremely environmentally friendly. The liquid CO2 used is usually obtained from industrial exhaust gases. It is a secondary use that does not increase the global amount of CO2 - with the exception of the relatively small amounts for recovery and transport. Since the dry ice sublimates immediately upon impact, all that is left in the end is the dissolved dirt, which can simply be vacuumed up or removed in some other way.
