Air-cooled heat exchangers are crucial components in industrial and logistics sectors. However, cleaning these systems without bending the delicate slat structure is a challenge. JetMaster solves this through patented technology that cleans gently and gently, but still achieves powerful results. With a water consumption of just 0.30 – 1.0 l/min, the system is also perfect for moisture-sensitive areas.

If an air-cooled heat exchanger is contaminated by dust, deposits or biofouling, the compressors and rotors have to work significantly harder to maintain the desired temperature. This leads to massive spikes in energy consumption, reduced cooling performance and premature hardware failure.

Traditional high pressure water cleaning forces the water deep into the system and can bend/damage the delicate fins, permanently restricting airflow. Our patented JetMaster process uses a special cavitation effect that uses compressed air at 3-7bar and small amounts of water. The jet jet penetrates air-cooled heat exchangers to their full depth at supersonic speed. The sensitive slat structures are not damaged. Since the amount of water used is only 0.30 - 1.00l per minute of use, JetMaster can also be used in areas with electrical/electronic systems.
