Air conditioning heat exchangers have delicate fin structures that can easily be bent or destroyed by high-pressure water jets. However, a lot of dust, limescale residues and biological contaminants accumulate in them, which drastically reduces their efficiency and air quality.

We solve this dilemma with the patented JetMaster process. Our technology uses compressed air (3-7 bar) and minimal water (0.3 - 1.0 l/min) to create a supersonic jet. The resulting cavitation effect gently but powerfully removes contaminants right into the core of the heat exchanger - without bending the sensitive fins.
