jetmaster
The innovative solution for cleaning air-cooled heat exchangers.
The gentle cleaning system from mycon GmbH for intensive, Chemical-free cleaning of sensitive lamella structures. Through the Use only compressed air and a small amount of water of approx. 0.20 -1.00l / minute of use at supersonic speedsjetmaster cleans your devices gently and provides the optimum restore energy efficiency.
Gentle intensive cleaning system
- ✓Thorough, quick and gentle cleaning of air-cooled Heat exchangers of all types
- ✓Extremely low water consumption also makes cleaning in sensitive areas unproblematic
Jetmaster works gently and at the same time extremely powerful cleaning processes. High speed nozzles accelerate compressed air as well as small quantities of specially guided air Water at a low operating pressure of approx. 3-7 bar Supersonic speed.
Through the combination of high flow speed and compressed air and the finest water particles are created as they flow through the Lamellar structures have a cavitation effect that is particularly enables effective and at the same time material-friendly cleaning.
Industrial dust, pollen and other deposits form insulating substances Layers that reduce energy efficiency and the Increase operating costs. With the Jetmaster these residues are removed not only reliably removed, but also corrosion on the sensitive slats prevented. This leaves surfaces and The structure of the finned heat exchanger is optimally protected and the The service life of your systems is sustainably extended. That compact Jetmaster device is flexible even in tight spaces usable.

JetPower: Quickly clean large areas
mycon GmbH has developed the JetPower specifically for cleaning large areas developed. The JetPower enables quick cleaning massive, heavily contaminated surfaces of air-cooled Heat exchangers as well as all types of glass and facade surfaces.
The system consisting of JetPower and Jetmaster can produce a full jet of up to to a diameter of approx. 500mm when the beam is on the surface hits. In this way, even large areas can be clean inexpensively and quickly.
The cleaning success:
Jetmaster also provides cleaning for heavily soiled areas Heat divers are fully functional again.
